This highly organized and very convenient guide to all of the properties up for sale in any given area has become the real estate industry standard for real estate listings and is used by virtually every realtor in the country. MLS listings have revolutionized the business of home buying and selling. As a buyer, you can browse through listings at your leisure 24 hours a day. As a seller, when your home is listed in the MLS, it is 3 times more likely to find a buyer than any other home selling tool.
